NanoBOND Club rulesNanoBOND Club Terms and Conditions
1) Definitions:
1.1 NanoBOND Club – loyalty program by NT-MDT forwarded to communicating with the customers. Participation in the program let the customer obtain bonuses and membership privileges.
The presence of virtual club card verifies the membership of the customer in the NanoBOND Club and his membership privileges in accordance to the current level of the virtual club card.
1.3 NanoBOND Club Member (hereafter - Member) – an individual who fulfilled the NanoBOND Club membership conditions.
NT-MDT distributors can’t be NanoBOND Club Members. 1.4 Virtual club card level (hereafter - Level) – the current status which determines the Member’s bonuses and privileges.
1.5 Level threshold - the sum in Euros spent during the specified time period, which is necessary for entering the current Level.
1.6 NanoBONDs – bonus points (NanoBONDs) are charged on the virtual club card account.
How to collect the points? Bonus points can be collected by: 1. Any purchase in the web-shop: www.ntmdt-tips.com (points are charged after payment receiving on the seller account). 2. AFM images obtained with NT-MDT probes only which will be approved for NT-MDT Scan Gallery (should be sent to e-mail: tips@ntmdt.ru). 3. Article (impact factor >3) or application note (should be sent to e-mail: tips@ntmdt.ru). How to spend the points? Bonus points can be use to: 1. Wholly or partly pay with NanoBONDs for further purchases in the web-shop: www.ntmdt-tips.com accordingly to the specified exchange rate[1] 2. Order NT-MDT brand souveniers (USB sticks, laser presenter, books etc.)or take the NT-MDT promo-products in NanoBOND shop. 3. Get conference trips, electronic devices (e.g. iPhone, iPad) etc. The total list of available gifts is in the NanoBOND shop. The current exchange rate is always available on the NT-MDT web-site ( www.ntmdt-tips.com ). Special offer from July 2, 2012 - September 28, 2012 Collect more bonuses by: 1. Reaching the ProIMAGE Contest 2012 final with your AFM image. 2. Winning the ProIMAGE Contest 2012. 1.7 Personal web-page – the on-line tool, which allows the Member access to his personal information for control the current balance of account, purchase history and for service managing. To enter the personal web-page use your login and password registered on NT-MDT web-site (www.ntmdt-tips.com ).
2) Participation and membership
2.1 Participation in our loyalty program NanoBOND Club is available to individuals only.
Corporations, partnerships, trusts and other entities are not eligible to participate in the loyalty program.
2.2 How to receive the virtual club card – If you wish to become a Member of our loyalty program and to receive the virtual club card, you should complete our membership process on the NT-MDT web-site ( www.ntmdt-tips.com ). You will be bound by these terms and conditions when you first sign up to join our NanoBOND Club.
All Members will be assigned a login (virtual club card) which will be used by NT-MDT for identification purposes. You must quote your login each time you purchase products online.
2.3 Membership process – to enter the NanoBOND Club you should fill the registration form on the NT-MDT web-site ( www.ntmdt-tips.com ). You will receive the confirmation e-mail with login, password and access information immediately.
The NanoBOND Club membership is voluntary and free.

3) Privacy Notice
This privacy notice contains important information regarding the collection, use, storage and disclosure of personal information.
3.1 Collection The information we collect includes:
· Transactional information when you purchase NT-MDT products online, · Information you may provide to us from time to time through our web-site, · Information you may provide to us through contact with our customer service centre. 3.2 Use, storage and disclosure To administer our loyalty program and to provide you with NanoBOND Club membership privileges, NT-MDT may use and store personal information that you provide to us for marketing, sales, and/or promotions to keep you informed of special promotions, events, product launches and any other special offers.
You permit NT-MDT to share your personal information if required by law, with any law enforcement body or agency.
NT-MDT will take all reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is protected from unauthorized access, misuse and modification. If any personal information you provided to us has changed, please let us know so that we can update your personal information.
NT-MDT is not responsible to you for any loss or damage due to any false or incorrect personal information provided to us.
3.3 Personal information
NT-MDT should receive the following personal information of the customer for his registration in NanoBOND Club:
- Prefix
- First Name
- Last Name
- Date of Birth
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Organization
- Work Position
By providing NT-MDT with your personal information, you signify that you agree with the privacy notice of current terms and conditions.
4) Virtual club card and Membership privileges
4.1 The Member receives the virtual club card once entering the NanoBOND Club. Login and password don’t change with the card level changing.
4.2 You can use you virtual club card immediately after registration.
4.3 There are four Levels of virtual club cards: beginning level, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The Levels differ in membership privileges and in a quantity of points which are charged on the card account during the purchase on NT-MDT web-shop.
4.4 Once you register in NanoBOND Club, we will issue you with a virtual club card of the beginning level. Since this moment all your following purchases are written in your purchase history and you start to collect the points. When the sum of your purchases achieves the level threshold you receive the card of the according Level.
4.5 NT-MDT reserves the right to update the list of membership privileges at any time by giving you the prior written notice.
The member can use the membership privileges provided by the Platinum card only in a case of purchasing once in 6 month.
5) Virtual club card level change
5.1 The change of the card Level comes only in the following order:
5.2 If the sum of your purchases achieves 850 Euros during two years from the registration date the change of the beginning level to the first level comes automatically.
5.3 The level thresholds for the first (Silver), the second (Gold) and the third (Platinum) levels are 850 Euros, 3000 Euros and 10000 Euros respectively if the time period between the purchases is less than two years .
6) NanoBONDs
6.1 NanoBONDs are charged to your card account within 21 days from the date of payment.
6.2 NanoBONDs are charged to the card account at 3, 5 or 10 points per every 1 Euro of the purchase in accordance to the card level.
6.3 NanoBONDs are summarized and can be used for wholly or partly payment for the following purchases at the specified exchange rate.
6.4 NanoBONDs can not be used for payment of charges for delivery. 6.4 The member can not withdraw cash from NanoBONDs. 6.5 Unused NanoBONDs are saved on the card account and can be used for wholly or partly payment for the following purchases.
6.6 NanoBONDs are written off if the period between purchases is more than two years.
7) Login and password regeneration
7.1 If you forget your login and password you can always enter your registered e-mail address and birthday date in password request form and receive your username and password in your mailbox within a few minutes.
7.2 All collected points and the current card level stay unchanged after the login and password regeneration.
8) Information about virtual club card
8.1 The whole purchase history, account balance, the quantity of collected and spent points are always available in your personal web-page. Also you can request the information via NT-MDT web-site ( www.ntmdt-tips.com ).
9) Amendment to Terms
NT-MDT reserves the right at all times to make any changes to its loyalty program Terms and Conditions which include but are not limited to:
- Changes to rules governing membership of the loyalty program;
- Changes to rules governing the issue and use of virtual club cards.
[1] NT-MDT reserves the right to change the exchange rate without primary notification.
